The HUD User API provides U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development data including Fair Market Rents (FMR) by area, Income Limits at 30/50/80% thresholds, USPS Crosswalk data mapping ZIP codes to census tracts, counties, CBSAs, and congressional districts, and Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) data. Authentication uses a free bearer token. Rate limited to 60 queries per minute.
